Login
Please use a consistent login name, so others can identify you easily. We suggest either FirstnameInitial (IanM) or InitalLastname (MWatt).
To post a comment:
- Click in the "Post your comments" box at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your comments and click the Post button.
- Your comments will automatically be added to the top of the page.
When attaching files:
- Use a meaningful filename
- Include brief description
When including a web link:
- Specify source
- Include brief description
To monitor changes to a page:
- Click on "Track Changes" (bottom right)
- Enter your email address
- Select your options to be notified if a change has occured in the last hour, day or week (discussions you are interested in might warrant hourly notification; meetings or news might warrant daily; files might warrant weekly or no monitoring).
- Click "Add Email" button
Note: Subscribe to the Group RSS feed to track changes to the entire workspace.
Discussion Forums
Setup
- Use a meaningful title.
- Nominate a moderator (person responsible for the forum).
- Specify purpose of forum.
Participant Responsibilities
- Respect others views by reading and reflecting on existing messages.
- Refrain from personal attacks.
- Keep messages brief and to the point.
- Stick to the topic.
Moderator Responsibilities
- Support participation of members.
- Archive forums when discussions have run their course.
- Generate discussion.
